Ungvnble ships across South Africa. We pack every order carefully so your piece arrives ready to wear.
1. Delivery areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the Republic of South Africa.
2. Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and tracking details once it ships.
3. Delivery timeframes
- Major metro areas (e.g. Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): usually 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Regional / outlying areas: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods, courier delays, or incorrect address details.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total. Qualifying orders may receive free shipping — the threshold (if active) is shown in your cart and checkout.
5. Couriers
We use trusted South African couriers. Once your order ships, tracking information is sent to the email used at checkout.
6. Failed delivery
Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unanswered calls, additional courier fees may apply for re-delivery.
7. Order issues
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help quickly.
