Returns & Exchanges

At Ungvnble, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

2. Condition of items

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Unwashed and unworn (aside from trying on)
  • Returned with original tags attached where applicable
  • In the original packaging where possible

We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, odour, stains, or alterations.

3. Non-returnable items

Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:

  • Final sale / clearance items marked as non-returnable
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made items

4. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

5. How to start a return

Email info@ungvnble.co.za or WhatsApp/call +27 73 044 3493 with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and size
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will confirm whether your return is approved and share return instructions.

6. Return shipping

  • If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will cover reasonable return shipping.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we advise otherwise.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability (including size). If your preferred size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing may vary by bank/payment provider).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
